Music in Tangerine Forest
The traditional Jeju dance, music, and dance are combined to reinterpret the excitement and atmosphere of the old days when the Jeju people finally danced and sang and relieved their stress on the tangerine fields. They play a "game" of the four seasons of the tangerine fields with various and colorful expressions.

Nowadays, it’s easy to enjoy eating mandarins, but a hundred years ago, golden mandarins were precious commodities that were offered to the king. Inspired by a scene from the 300-year-old colored drawing “Tamna Sulrokdo,” depicting people playing traditional music and dancing in a mandarin orchard, this performance aims to recreate the energy and excitement of the past when Jeju islanders would gather in the mandarin orchards to dance, sing, and forget their worries. Combining traditional theater, percussion, and dance, the show portrays the different seasons of the mandarin orchard in a colorful and vibrant way.
